Mutton Kolhapuri

The traditional Kolhapuri curry is a powerhouse of heady spices that can have you spitting fire with just a bite or two. This fiery Indian gravy is usually made with chicken but tastes equally delicious with other meats as well. One fine example of this is the Kolhapuri Lamb or Kolhapuri Lamb Curry. Just as piquant as the chicken variant, this is only meatier and has the added flavours of juicy lamb meat.
